Pretty good food, considering they used to be almost entirely breakfast focused. I would start by saying that the menu has grown to a proportion that starts to give choice paralysis from decision fatigue. The size of the menu also gives some worry about the quality of the food as the cooks will have to worry about such a variety. This was evident in my burger. The burger I ordered was well done, which is a little bit of a drag, but it didn't ruin it. I imagine a smaller and more concise menu would allow the cooks to spend more time making sure each item has the proper care. The inclusion of various hot sauce types is a nice touch. As a spice lover, it's refreshing to have options other than plain old Tabasco. The inclusion of gluten-friendly options is always nice to see, I'll be able to invite my friend with celiac here. I'm a little confused by the IHXP partnership with Microsoft and Xbox. We didn't have game controllers to play video games in our booth, and the only effect we saw was the staff's t-shirt mentioning the partnership and the included printout on the table. I think it's pretty rad that they do a pancake of the month, and it reminds us that this used to just be the House of Pancakes, (International). Overall, the experience was a mixed bag. It was busy on a Sunday, which made the atmosphere noisy and busy, but I guess that just means that their business tactics are working. The staff were all friendly and attentive, the food tasted pretty decent, and they weren't at all upset about the fact that my friend wanted to stay longer than our meal to have our meeting there.

Great service. The food was good. However, I got gluten-free pancakes, and they made me sick. Cross contamination must of happened in the kitchen.
