We really enjoyed our evening at Inca; it was very good food and a pleasant atmosphere. Here's what we ate:
- Guacamole for a snack with very very good cocktails. The sense of ceremony attached to the Guac was good though it fell a bit short of my expectations as regards flavours
- Cerviche (Pacifica) - I didn't love this dish but that was a personal thing. There was nothing wrong with the flavours and the ingredients, it was just a little soupy for me
- Pork Ribs - these were EXCELLENT - no doubt; moist, delicious and VERY good serving - it would have been plenty as a shared main course
- Eggplant - I loved this plate - my wife not so much; it was very rich but delicious
- We had limited choices on the dessert as we are Coeliac but opted for the CHoc and Cherry dessert which was also very good.
Total spend,, $200 including 5 courses, 2 cocktails and 1 glass of wine. Costly, but overall, I think it was worth it. If we go again, I think between 2 we would drop the cerviche and share 1 main course with a salad. That would bring it down to about $150 and would be plenty of food for the two of us!
