I’ve now been to 3 of the Itto Sushi locations and they all always deliver! The downtown one is closest to me and this was my first time at this location and i’m so happy it was just as fresh and delicious as the other spots i’ve been! I really appreciate their gluten free offerings and they even have gluten free imitation crab so I can have so many more roll options here — although we normally go for more sashimi style rolls it’s nice to have the option. I wish I had photos but I ate my rolls too quickly.
