My fiancé has celiac disease and has seen personally how meticulously they clean when preparing to make a gluten free sub. He has never had any issues with their food. The employee even asked if it was ok if they made his order and the guy that ordered right after at the same time before preparing my non-GF sub for ease and safety which my fiancé agreed to. They have great attention to detail and amazing sandwiches.

#9 mike’s way with pepper relish plus jalapeño and banana peppers - gluten free bread really helps lighten it up a bit. Best sandwich I’ve ever had in my life and second best isn’t even a thought! Do it!
