We were referred here because of gluten free options. After getting here we were disappointed that our server said none of the sides were gluten free. 5 mins after being seated our server came back and said he was moved downstairs and we were left without a server at all. Literally NO ONE checked on us and had to flag someone down for a check. Worst service I have ever had. The music was so loud I couldn't hear my family speak. Hands down an awful experience! Food was just ok... two things were wrong but no one even came to check or make it right. Go somewhere else!

To say I am disappointed in my experience here tonight would be an understatement. I am someone with celiac disease and this restaurant is not celiac friendly. When I asked Nathan what the gluten free modifications were for the spinach and artichoke dip, his “response” was “how severe is your allergy? I think you can get fries.” I ended up getting the carrots and celery as an alternative. When my bill arrived, I noticed I was charged $9 for carrots and celery. When I asked Nathan about the charge, he said “well it’s on the menu”. I understand; however, because I cannot eat the chips that come with the dip, I had to pay $9 for an alternative? He told me that since I was so “upset” he would go speak with the manager. The manager refused to take it off of the bill so Nathan said “I’ll just pay for it”. Again, to anyone with celiac disease, unless you want to get sick by risking eating the chips, just know you will be charged $9 simply for carrots (mind you, I could buy 3 bags of carrots for $9 at the grocery store).
