Amazing. I have a lot of allergies/intolerances (gluten, dairy, soy, peanuts), and I can eat everything ! here. Bowls, sides, desserts. Affordable for how fresh, healthy, and delicious it is. Gotta love somewhere where you can get a bowl with perfectly fried plantains. “This place is awesome! The fries and the stuff! (Even though I don’t like the smell of the ketchup, I like everything else.)” —the 7-year-old “(I do like the ketchup!)” —the 36-year-old We’ll be back next time we’re in town!

"You are what you eat" & Kitava truly helps you reach your most healthy, grounded, and glowy version! They have seen so successful at creating delicious dishes with 100% healthy ingredients. I have brought my gluten-free friends here and they leave delighted, since they can eat everything. I love the bowls but my absolute favorite is their plant-based soft serve Cashew ice cream. Getting one is part of my weekend routine!
