Found on New Year's Day 2025, looking for gluten free. They are outside the AIC circuit but for me the best gluten free pizza ever eaten. Excellent fresh hand-made French fries and perfect sweet pizza. Everything excellent and abundant. A must try!

Terrible experience! My friend and I got two gluten-free pizzas, as she has celiac disease and I am gluten and lactose intolerant. I chose a pizza from the menu, asking to use lactose-free mozzarella and to add plenty of onion. My friend got a white base without tomato and without mozzarella with other ingredients. I got a sort of baby pizza without mozzarella and without onion. For my friend they put mozzarella in the pizza. I reported the mix-up and to make up for it they added the mozzarella on top of the other ingredients and the onion, then put it back to cook. Result: I had a biscuit pizza with undercooked mozzarella and onion and my friend also had a raw and under-leavened pizza. A habit they always have, they waste up to 20 or 30 minutes to bring you the menu because they don't have enough, then just as much time to order, if they have a lot of takeaways, you'll see the pizza after another half hour at least. For all this they are also expensive and they didn't even bother to give a discount for the mix-up. In the photo with the cardboard you can see the baby size. Reheated in the microwave it softened, but still nothing good enough to make going out to eat. I forgot, the table where they sat us was right at the entrance, my chair was in front of the always open access and the cool air didn't help the enjoyment of the evening.

I am writing a review that is as bitter as the experience I had with this place. Every time you order a gluten-free pizza at this place, there are absurd problems. So I ask myself, why do you offer a service if you can't respect it? And it doesn't end there. To ask for clarification we immediately called the place, with the Glovo driver still present, to be told that they were in a hurry, they couldn't make it because the order didn't include the pizza, an unacceptable question, since everything was listed in the order. Congratulations for the rude attitude.
