Terrible experience! My friend and I got two gluten-free pizzas, as she has celiac disease and I am gluten and lactose intolerant. I chose a pizza from the menu, asking to use lactose-free mozzarella and to add plenty of onion. My friend got a white base without tomato and without mozzarella with other ingredients. I got a sort of baby pizza without mozzarella and without onion. For my friend they put mozzarella in the pizza. I reported the mix-up and to make up for it they added the mozzarella on top of the other ingredients and the onion, then put it back to cook. Result: I had a biscuit pizza with undercooked mozzarella and onion and my friend also had a raw and under-leavened pizza. A habit they always have, they waste up to 20 or 30 minutes to bring you the menu because they don't have enough, then just as much time to order, if they have a lot of takeaways, you'll see the pizza after another half hour at least. For all this they are also expensive and they didn't even bother to give a discount for the mix-up. In the photo with the cardboard you can see the baby size. Reheated in the microwave it softened, but still nothing good enough to make going out to eat.
I forgot, the table where they sat us was right at the entrance, my chair was in front of the always open access and the cool air didn't help the enjoyment of the evening.
