If you want a good steak dinner, you can’t go wrong with LongHorn Steakhouse. The staff is always accommodating and friendly. After getting COVID, I developed digested problems that were determined to be caused by a sensitivity to gluten. Eating out became a challenge. Even places that offered gluten-free options, often cross-contaminate their dishes. I have now eaten at several Longhorn’s locations and have not had a single issue. I feel confident in visiting any of their restaurants knowing that I will have a good meal without fear of side effects from irresponsible handling of foods. My only negative criticism is their mashed potatoes aren’t very good. I go with the baked potato here. When I traveled to Peru, some locals recommended LongHorn Streakhouse as the best steak restaurant. I didn't bother to tell them that it has a US franchise, but I was pleased to hear their praise.
