MYND Adeje

Myself and the girlfriend decided to choose MYND Adeje as our 1st ever trip away together based on positive reviews I seen online. This place DID NOT DISAPPOINT! Wow, what an amazing hotel located in the quieter part of Tenerife. We decided to stay for 7 nights but wished it could have been for longer. The rooms are modern, comfortable and comes equipped with everything you’d need for sleeping/ staying in a warm place. The staff are the real selling point tho, wow, the service is unbelievable and every member of staff we interacted with were polite, welcoming and so happy to go above and beyond for the guests. I CANNOT thank them enough for how great they have all been, from the cleaners to the kitchen staff and to the reception and pool staff, thankyou so much! My girlfriend has coeliac we were afraid it might be a struggle to find gluten free meals and food in the hotel but they were so accommodating, for breakfast, lunch and dinner her options were plentiful and she enjoyed every meal, thankyou to the staff for that. We ate at the Lamesa restaurant every night and the food was fantastic. If you’re looking for a place to rest and recharge then this is the place for you, we will certainly be back. Shoutout to Diego, Neo, Aron, Gabrielle, Abrina, Sven, Francesco and most of all to Naomi and Fernando! You are all an absolute credit to the hotel and you’re all fantastic people, keep on shining guys!

As a regular visitor to the area I knew what Callao Salvaje was like it's a less busy resort than others but that is what I prefer lovely restaurants and bars . Regarding the hotel I had seen this empty shell of building in disrepair for years until Mynd Hotels bought it and they have done a great job in it's refurbishment. Breakfast time there was plenty of choice even gluten free which I thought was a nice touch also free filtered water in reception. My room was lovely and clean just had one problem as I had chosen to have credit to my room for not having it completely done every day there was a problem with this which I raised with Sven/Javier at reception and this was resolved very quickly many thanks. The pool area is very relaxing and no problem with finding beds which is a rarely found at other places plenty of yoga and other activities in the morning around it if that's what you like. To my final bit I would like to thank all the lovely staff at hotel that go above and beyond with special thanks to Fernando the absolute best ,friendly, efficient barman I have ever met at the pool bar and to Ruiman if that's right and also to all the other support staff at pool bar all absolute brilliant. To the reception staff Bianca/Sven on arrival couldn't have been better. Javier/Sven as said before thanks for sorting cleaning problem out many thanks And my most respect is to Florence (Superwoman)the most delightful woman i have ever met who should not be running reception/check in/check out/lobby bar all on her own which was the case 3 nights of my stay this is not fair and needs addressing . Finally the roof bar on the tv info in room says open till 10pm or 12pm can't remember this is not the case shut at 8pm and to be honest not worth visiting as for the amount of time you have to wait for table service as your not allowed to order at bar after a certain time🤔was ridiculous that's why we went to lobby bar instead and realised how the lovely Florence was under so much pressure. Overall though I would highly recommend this hotel many thanks.
