McCormick & Schmick's Seafood & Steaks

My wife Cookie, and I had an excellent experience at McCormick and Schmick’s today. Christina was our server and we were extremely pleased with her customer service skills. She went above and beyond to ensure we were satisfied with our meal. Cookie required a gluten free meal and they were very understanding of her needs. There was a slight misunderstanding with our order and Christina immediately took ownership of it. She informed Chef Richard Jones and he visited our table to ensure we were satisfied with the resolution. In addition, the Manager, Lee, also introduced herself to ensure we were satisfied. When we departed, we felt as if we met three new friends. We will make it a point to ask for Christina anytime we return. Thank you for an excellent dining experience.

I would prefer a fresh new menu with easy to see gluten free options. The food was ok. The daytime ir early dinner ambiance is lack luster. Nothing too special imo.
