The girl who took my order over the phone was well educated on Celiac and advised me that their gluten free pizza crusts are pre packaged and that they change gloves before preparing them. They do go in the same oven but they are placed on a clean plate which is great! They're gluten free pizza is awesome, awesome customer service too!

Delicious and delightful pizza! The types of pizza is really unique & much tastier than bigger chain companies. I really like Minsky's calzones as well. I'm so glad to live within the delivery area so I can enjoy the tastiness from the comfort of my home. Definitely check out Minsky's Pizza if you haven't. Also, check out their ❤️ shaped pizzas during Valentine's Day. They're adorable. Edit: Minsky's has one of the most gluten-free menus available. They have received accolades for their inclusivity for those with dietary restrictions.
