Conflicted how many stars to give, settled on 4, potentially too generous? The staff were faultless! Absolutely wonderful, they were all very friendly, informative and accommodating and the coffee was also exceptional. The reason the cafe is let down is because of the food. Yes they have a gluten free coeliac safe and option, but sadly the gf ham and cheese toastie had no cheese in sight, and was soggy. I did actually like it but I’d expect cheese in the toastie when it says there’s cheese. Other than the issue of no cheese and a soggy toastie, I think this place is fab, and excellent value for money!

Super busy cafe and now I know why. The service and staff are really friendly and welcoming to every person who walks in. Food and coffee was superb.....better than the hotel I was staying at in Southbank. I had the famous Snow Cap coffee and it was surprisingly refreshing, really nice drink. Had a gluten free toastie too which was great. Decent prices too.
