Honestly, this place has gone downhill. We’ve been here for years since I was a child and my mom loves it because it has a dim atmosphere. They are charging Mastro’s prices for inadequate food and poor service. Even Nick’s on 2nd is cheaper. We went here for my mom’s birthday, and the service was extremely poor. He didn’t educate us on the menu, nor shall specials, and was just “there”. The server did not care. I very kindly asked him to make sure my chicken strips were gluten-free. (It’s on the menu) I expressed this 3 times. He said he would make sure they were not. I didn’t say anything because I was in a big party and didn’t want uphold everyone from going ahead and eating. Management if you’re going to give a server a big party with these prices, please make sure they can uphold standards. Going out to eat is a now a luxury, and this was disappointing.

From appetizers to combos, you will not be disappointed. Dine in or take out. Hearty meals with delicious side dishes and dinners served with corn bread. There is also a gluten free corn muffin for those who are conscientious of this type of intake. Great Senior meal choices, kids menu and great choices for the serious BBQ lover. Staff is very attentive and friendly.
