We had ordered and had it delivered by door dash, our order was completely incorrect, I have celiac and received an entree that was not gluten free and they put tofu instead of steak in the other entree. On the invoice and the receipt it states the order we wanted but is not what we received, so we called and the manager Amanda gave us a refund and said they will mail out a free entree coupon, we provided our information but never received the coupon.
Most recently when we were willing to give them another chance despite our past experience, and they STILL got the order wrong.
Seems to me they don't pay attention very well.
