I ordered a gluten free dish that came out not gluten free. While I realize that with any allergy or intolerance, we take a risk eating out, I expect items marked specifically SAFE for such issues to be so. Similarly, if I order a steak, I don't expect a lobster. I got very sick because they forgot to make my dish gf and only noticed their mistake after I inquired about it - halfway through the meal. It was not an obvious meal, like pasta, but a sauce laden with wheat flour.
