PF Changs is consistent if not over priced. But hey this is Vegas.
HUGE shout out to our server Louis who made sure to take care of us with our gluten free necessities. He was very nice, appropriately attentive, and went out of his way to double check gluten safety for us.

Really delicious gluten-free options! They prepare the food separately, and the gluten-free plates are a different color than the regular ones. I went for the Pad Thai, and it was incredibly good. As someone with celiac disease, I felt completely safe.
