Most Amazing Brazilian food, service & drinks EVER! Let me start by saying I'm a classically trained Chef with over 25 years in the business. I have won several awards for both food & original recipes. This simply means I'M SOOOO VERY PICKY with everything! From the ambience, place settings, service, cleanliness, bathroom cleanliness, servers, food, drinks and desserts. I mean I'm picky about absolutely EVERYTHING! From start to finish Passador surpasses my test. To start you want to call Shugey (pronounced SUEHAY) and make your reservation as they get BUSY especially on the weekend. Do not worry though if you do have a reservation or large party reservation they will seat u immediately. If you do not have a reservation the longest I have waited was 5-10 min... which is not bad at all. Next is your server my favorite server is Ernie he's AMAZING! Come once or twice and he will remember EXACTLY what you like for drinks, sides and even dessert! My drink (Lemonada my fav) was never empty and if your ordering from the bar the Coffee Martini is amazing! Next are your Passadors or better known as the Gaucho's (guys with meat) my two favorites are Wessley and Gilnei both are fabulous! Again come a few times and it will seem like your family and the Passador's will bring you EXACTLY what you like and cooked exactly how you like it. Like these guys memories are AMAZING! I NEVER have to ask for what I want as they remember everything perfectly. It's almost as if they are there just to serve me! If you want something specific and they have not come to the table with it yet just ask they will literally go make it for you immediately. My favs are house special, fillet, ribeye and lamb chops. Be sure to ask for the hot peppers and onions (if u like it spicy) and the mint sauce for the lamb chops (to die for)... They have an AMAZING salad bar as well with fresh everything such as Smoked salmon, mozzarella balls, Prosciutto, asparagus, salads, chicken salad and much much more. Be sure to try the HOT cheesy GLUTEN FREE bread they bring to the table which ROCKS (my nieces Fav as she's gluten intolerant!) Be sure to say hello to Ederson he's the manager and will absolutely ensure your experience is nothing short of perfection! Again after eating here a few times Ederson will also remember you with the friendly "hello my friend welcome back" I will close by saying EVERYONE I have brought to Passador is now a regular which shows just how flawless this place is start to finish. If you have never eaten Brazilian or are just looking for a new favorite spot do not pass up Passador these guys think of everything!
