Let me emphasize that Pastis is an outstanding choice for your weekend dining, whether you're in the mood for a leisurely brunch or a satisfying lunch. The restaurant features an extensive menu that caters to various tastes, ranging from classic breakfast items to indulgent entrees like steak frites. I enjoyed sampling two dishes during my visit: the artichokes and the chicken paillard. Each offering was exceptional, and I appreciated that both options suit those following a gluten-free diet. I recommend the artichokes; they were delectable and highlighted the meal. However, if you’re dining with a larger group—more than two people—be aware that one order of artichokes may not suffice, as it's a relatively small starter. Based on the area’s dining landscape, the service met my expectations. While it didn’t stand out, it was efficient and courteous, contributing positively to the overall experience. One aspect worth noting is Pastis's stunning decor and thoughtful interior design. Upon entering, you can't help but feel as if you've been transported straight to Europe, thanks to the charming aesthetic and cozy atmosphere. The venue is beautifully maintained, both indoors and outdoors, where guests can enjoy dining alfresco with outdoor heaters for cooler weather. Given its popularity, I highly recommend making a reservation to ensure you secure a table at this lovely establishment.

Went with friends for Sunday brunch. Since I’m vegan and gluten free my options in the menu were quite limited but the wife was very kind to show me the dishes I can order. I took the heirloom salad and sautéed spinach and drank oat milk latte. Everything tasted amazing and I really enjoyed it but I can’t say it was a filling meal. I should have probably ordered the oatmeal with berries in addition.
