This place is a paradise for people with celiac disease. They clearly label gluten-free items and provide helpful advice about the limitations of gluten-free options in a small pizza oven. The gluten-free pizza was absolutely amazing and I didn't experience any negative reactions. They also sell the dough, but they do warn that it can be tricky to cook and has a short shelf life of 24 hours. The staff was incredibly attentive and helpful, making this a 5-star review. PS. The atmosphere is intimate and calming, and the staff is exceptional. I had the pleasure of sitting at the bar and receiving amazing service from Idar R, who was welcoming, warm, and attentive. It's rare to find such a positive attitude from staff members nowadays, and this restaurant definitely exceeded my expectations. You won't regret checking it out for yourself!
