Short version: save your money and time, go to another Italian spot. The service was not kind and the food left a lot to be desired. Long version: We visited on a Monday night and had the option of being sat immediately outside (which by the way, their outdoor seating is not heated) or at table tucked in the corner of the restaurant. They have beautiful open windows and asked if it would be possible to sit there, they said yes but it would come with an hour and 45 minute wait. We didn't mind since that gave us some time to explore and having limited time in the city we really wanted to sit there. We patiently waited for the text that our table was ready and when we arrived we were sat at a table next to the bar. My wife and I on 2 separate occasions reminded the host that we just waited almost 2 hours specifically to be sat next to the window as we looked at an open table next to the window. Both instances with the hosts did not resolve the situation with the 2nd time resulting the host rudely saying well you can go back on the wait-list. We decided to give the food try since we just WAITED 2 HOURS for a table we could have received immediately. We ordered the cacio pepe and meatballs (which also, by the waythey don't have gluten free pasta). The cacio pepe lacked flavor and had too much oil on it. As for the meatballs, honestly any chain restaurant (insert Olive Garden, Maggianos, etc) has better meatballs for half the price. Back to the service, the waitress never checked on us once the food was delivered and a buser physically picked up my wife's food when she went to the restroom until I told him she wasn't done yet (there was still 1/4 of the meal left). The best decision of the whole dinner was passing on getting dessert here and going to Boucherie to sample desserts. To be honest, I'm blown away this place even has 4.4 stars. Save your time and money and try somewhere else.

Very cute restaurant! The server was very knowledgeable about gluten free and vegan options, and I had the broccolini and also the kale/lentil dish. Quite expensive for vegetable dishes, but that's New York for you! It was still very well seasoned and a nice ambience.
