I am celiac and I ordered gluten-free pizzas to take away. The pizza dough was decent. This place is part of the AiC circuit and I recommend it to celiac people.

We returned with my family for the second year to this pizzeria, even though it is quite inconvenient and far away (about 25 km from where we stay for the holidays). We discovered it thanks to the app for celiacs and I must say that they prepare a truly excellent pizza for celiacs. The owners are polite and helpful, the place is very welcoming and clean. Unfortunately, the last time, checking the receipt, I noticed a surcharge of €3 on the chips, just because they were gluten-free, for a total of €7 per dish. I find this choice questionable, also because the gluten-free pizza also had it a surcharge. I understand that every restaurateur is free to apply surcharges, but I think it would be more correct to be clear and transparent. Since there was no indication on the menu about this, I don't find it right. In conclusion, everything was perfect except the last things described, which led me to opt for another restaurant.

Unexpected and wonderful surprise. One of the real reasons to climb up here to Mosciano. Excellent pizza dough, even gluten-free. A paradise for celiacs who can really delight
