Anne is such a lovely server, knowledgeable about allergies, friendly, made us feel super confident about ordering out as 2 of the 4 of us are coeliac. Would highly recommend pizza express as all of them in Cardiff are good with allergens but Anne is definitely a reason to visit the Bay.

I had a wonderful experience at Pizza Express today, especially thanks to the exceptional customer service provided by Ann (I think that’s her name). As a concerned mother of a newly diagnosed coeliac child, I was initially anxious about dining out and ensuring everything was safe and suitable for my little one. Ann was incredibly attentive, empathetic, and knowledgeable about their gluten-free options, which instantly put me at ease. The restaurant offers an excellent variety of gluten-free choices, making it easier for me to navigate and choose meals that cater to my child's needs. I was so pleased with the range available—there was more than enough to satisfy both my child's appetite and my own preferences. Overall, the staff’s warm and helpful approach, combined with the extensive gluten-free menu, made our visit enjoyable and stress-free. I highly recommend Pizza Express for anyone looking for great customer service and safe, delicious gluten-free options! We will definetely be back soon

Amazing food especially my gluten free food, Nice atmosphere and brilliant service. Great service from our waitress who was Anh, very kind, very attentive and helpful. Give her a raise! Couldn't recommend enough.
