Carly took care of my fiancé and me when we stopped for Sunday brunch. I told her I had a gluten allergy and she was very accommodating with me. She made sure to ask the kitchen about the food and explain the allergy. I am so grateful for her attention. The kitchen staff were amazing as well, they changed out their oil to make me my own corn tortilla chips so I would be able to eat without the cross contamination of frying. Thank you to the crew at Publico!

Had several great experiences here. The tacos and margaritas are delicious. Lots of variety to choose from on the menu. Inviting atmosphere, professional service. Lots of gluten-free options, which is very appreciated.
