I had the pleasure of dining at Reign at the QVB this week whilst visiting Sydney.
Of course the champagne 🍾 was fabulous 🥂 but I was pleasantly surprised with the gluten free (coeliac safe) meal I enjoyed!
Oysters with raspberry vinaigrette (beneath the mist), confit of salmon and divine asparagus.
Beautifully presented and the manager ensured my meals were coeliac safe.
