An address recommended by Emmanuelle Jarry and I must say that I was not disappointed, it was delicious from start to finish, it is a restaurant rather focused on seafood, local (in most cases) and seasonal, gluten-free, which is noted.
For my part, I had razor clams as a starter and it was both surprising and very good, this is certainly due to the pork broth, which makes the experience new. Then I ordered a superb fillet of turbot, its creamy clams and escalivade (vegetables grilled very hot then cooled and served with small sauces), a success, the shock between the heat of the turbot (cooked à la perfection) and the cold of the escalivade is a very good idea, thanks to the chef.
My mother decided on the boneless black pork chop from Bigorre, wok vegetables and ink sauce, a marvel according to her. Finally for dessert we opted for a lemon curd pavlova, lemon sorbet and earl gray black tea cream (for me) and a roasted apricot daquoise for my mother, both were superb, and it should be noted that it It's a young pastry chef who makes this, thank you it was very good.
I can only highly recommend people to come and see for themselves what a real address is, for me it was pure happiness
