A unique place in Carcassone to enjoy a wide variety of delicious gluten-free sweet and savory gallettes. Very close to Gambetta Square, the restaurant is small but very cozy and the staff is friendly and understands Spanish, so there are no problems asking for any clarification about ingredients and allergens. The prices are affordable and the gallettes are generous. Given the size of the premises and the influx of people, it is advisable to make a reservation, and also be careful with the service hours. Highly recommended.

I am celiac and I was able to eat without problems even with gluten-free bread 🙌🏻 Also, a good detail is that they will not charge for gluten-free bread, just like for bread with gluten. Perhaps I would ask them to review the translations they have in the letter in Spanish. In most of them, either the type of meat is not correct or it is not the piece they indicate. Still everything very rich 😋

What a great experience passing through Foix and no restaurant open on Sunday evening apart from pizzeria or kebab shop, this is the 3rd time we have used the services of Et Quelle Pas! Takeaway sales during the day but also in the evening a refrigerated vending machine offers varied and original salads, delicious cooked dishes and exquisite desserts. I am so happy to describe this place to you that I had the pleasure of tasting lentil sausage and my wife a salmon fillet with rice and a gluten-free almond cake. I highly recommend!!

The setting is warm, the team is adorable, and the food is delicious with excellent value for money. It is also the only address in town for vegetarians, vegans, and gluten-free people. They have gluten free galettes, but they cook them in the same place as everything else, so the cross contamination is guaranteed. It annoys me because I had dinner here the other day and I specifically said I am a celiac and I showed them a gluten-free card in French. Today I asked again just to confirm, as of course, I don't expect them to remember me. In my experience, there can be a lack of understanding about cross-contamination in France, and this was disappointing. However, this could be an opportunity to improve and learn, so I'll explain: Cross-contamination happens when gluten-free food is prepared on shared surfaces, with shared utensils, or fryers. For those with celiac disease, even a small amount of gluten can cause serious health issues. It’s essential to use separate, clean equipment. If this is not possible, it’s understandable, but please don’t label something as 'gluten-free' if it's not truly safe. --- They offer gluten-free patties, but they are cooked in the same place as the other dishes, so cross-contamination is inevitable. Excellent meal with great service. I went with someone who has celiac disease and the staff were very aware of what was and was not safe. The bottle of wine recommend was delicious and very economical. We each had a different plate, all were delicious. Mine came as an entire fish which I sometimes struggle with, however the server deftly removed head and main bones for me. Would recommend!!

What a wonderful lunch we had here while visiting Lourdes. It was a preset menu. The food was delicious and artfully plated. The server spoke English and worked very hard to give excellent service. We were running late to catch our tour bus so they boxed all the desserts. So very kind. I have celiac and they worked to serve me what I can eat. Very knowledgeable. I highly recommend. The Refinery, it was very good... a year ago, in 2021. Now there is nothing refined, from the boss to the waiters. The waiter asks us to order the appetizer without giving us the drink menu. Broken chair, wet tables and feet in water after the downpour. The boss's insistence on ordering a rib of beef for 60 EUR. Does not offer wine with the meal. Doesn't know how to hold his place with customers, inappropriate comments. Gets involved in parent-child exchanges. Imposes dishes on his customers. So-called gluten-free restaurant, but no gluten-free bread offered. Gluten-free desserts almost non-existent. The waiters begin to arrange the chairs and tables on the terrace with anti-theft cables in the presence of the remaining customers. The boss asks us to pay when the desserts arrive, to be able to close his cash register and wants to present us with the bill. Does not offer coffee or digestives. Then later, waits impatiently to be asked for the bill. In the meantime, he gets impatient tapping the menus on a table. Then in the end, refuses to bring us the bill back to the table and insists that we go to the counter. Refusal on our part to travel and pay without having seen the details of the bill. In the end, we pay and leave disappointed mainly by the unprofessional attitude of the owner of the establishment who seems not to be local.

A great discovery for me who has been in Montpellier for 3 years. I was looking for a good restaurant in the city for my fiancé's 35th birthday and we were not disappointed! Very beautiful setting, welcoming and caring staff. With my gluten and PLV intolerances I had no problem the dishes were adapted and without any problem unlike other restaurants. As soon as we arrive we feel good and we are perfectly advised on the dishes. From appetizers to dessert everything was excellent. Without a doubt an address to remember. We will certainly also try the bistro side. In any case, we will definitely return to the restaurant! An address to remember.

My partner and I ate in this restaurant and both took the 40 euro menu with foie gras and fig compote as a starter, duck breast with potato gratin as a main course and a Russian dessert as a dessert. With this, an appetizer and a little treat to end the meal. The quantities are very generous. Being gluten intolerant, I indicated this when making my reservation and during the meal I was entitled to gluten-free bread straight from the market. Excellent meal! I highly recommend.

Eco-responsible cuisine, gluten-free, gourmet, gastronomic, regional, combining pleasure and health, it's rare but it's possible thanks to Reflet d'obione. This restaurant is unique! A refined dinner without any false note. We still have within us the scent and taste of this wonderful langoustine. The talent and professionalism of all the staff must be highlighted. The chef's creativity is breathtaking. Special mention for the sommelier: it was as if he was telling us a beautiful story, he introduced us to surprising, original regional wines which went perfectly with the dishes offered. Only 1 regret: Not being able to pay tribute to this talented young chef. Only one solution: Come back very quickly! Congratulations to everyone and thank you for this wonderful moment!!!!

Fantastic dinner in Toulouse. They were able to accommodate for my gluten allergy and tell me what i could safely eat. The waiter was super nice and suggested us a great wine to go with our meals. My partner and I have a habit of testing restaurants since I am very difficult to please. We reserved a table at fanfan, the only ones to have accepted us at 9:30 p.m. since I finished at 8:30 p.m., which is already very kind from them. I informed the waiter of my gluten allergy, he was very understanding and informed us of everything that was on my plate allowing me to fully enjoy my delicious meal. The value for money is more than good, we had very full plates and to be honest it is the first time that I have eaten such good dishes from salad to dessert I had nothing to say I I simply enjoyed myself. We left quite late, but the waiter didn't "dismiss" us; we even took the time to chat with him for a good ten minutes. A sublime setting with courtyard and medieval-style room. Pleasant welcome and very attentive service. The best pancakes I have eaten: tasty and crunchy dough, far from the soft pancakes found in other creperies. Generous and appetizing filling. Unfortunately I couldn't taste the wheat pancakes, being completely intolerant to gluten (celiac disease), but my children loved it. I will return there with great pleasure, even if I live more than 600 km away.
