We went to this restaurant last night and it was a surprise!
Especially if you are celiac you must absolutely try the cuisine of A' Cialoma.
Staff super knowledgeable on the topic, they bring gluten-free bread and offer gluten-free alternatives for the entire menu.
I had a fried fish, delicious. Obviously made with rice flour, sparkling water and cooked separately. Accompanied with a pistachio sauce that enhances the flavor of the fish.
HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!
