We ordered a kids macaroni and cheese, vegetable enchiladas, and trout. All were delicious and good sized portions for the price. Gluten-free, vegetarian, and vegan options are all marked on the menu. They have very helpful staff if you have any questions!

Ruth's is a staple of the community and if you haven't been here yet you're doing SLC wrong. The biscuits are to die for and come with being seated. They also have gluten friendly options! I got the potato burrito and while it was a little salty for my taste it was still really good!
