If you have a family of 4 shop for 1 week you will need at least 200$$?, Or go to Times MCULLY. IF you want peanut butter no gluten etc, I found what I needed, but the price was 22$$ for 16oz, of course times apologize for the price increases, I should be grateful for the food!

Safeway Beretania is a wonderful place to grocery shop. The staff are the best in town. Today I made more than a couple of mistakes at a self-checkout and the young man who helped me couldn't have been more pleasant about it. Lots of items I needed were on sale so I was very happy with the total I paid. Being both gluten & lactose intolerant I am usually disappointed with the selections at other supermarkets. Safeway has plenty of gluten free items although I wish they could find more lactose free selections.
