Gluten free soy sauce on hand! (Tamari) Celiac safety: I avoided the wasabi, rice and rolls, went straight for the sashimi. This always works at sushi restaurants for me.

Great food! The staff was helpful with choosing gluten free and cooked sushi due to my dietary restrictions.
The salmon and California roll were both very good. The staff even cooked them for me because I cannot have raw fish. Definitely would returning.
