Savô Pizzeria Gourmet

I wish they have mentioned somewhere that they have gluten free pizza but you have to request that 2-3 days before you visit the restaurant. However, the rest of the food was very very good.

I’m conflicted on giving a 1 star review here. Because 50% of the problem might not be yours! While in Genoa we searched Gluten Free food, Savo flagged highly…. Based on customer reviews! They do not cater for gluten free, apparently they have zero gluten free options. So why the 1 star review, for the host who developed her personality on a car crash! “Hi do you serve gluten free food here?” NO “Oh it says on the internet you do” Huffs, rolls eyes and says “I said No!” You cannot tell me every item on a menu contains gluten, you can’t tell me it’s possible to be polite and not have attitude! On that basis I cannot recommend Savo which is sad because of glowing reviews I see here, but service is everything and the lady that greeted us at 2.30 on September 1st 2023 truly sucks at customer service.
