In person kiosk and online kiosk in store Online kiosk lets you put special instructions if necessary. Staff was very nice - I put on my instructions whilst using the online kiosk to remove any almond products - just in case since I know a lot of granola is made with almond - I have an almond allergy. The kind lady behind the register saw my request and asked me if I'd perfer to switch to a gluten free granola because their regular granola did contain almond. I was very happy with how kind she was with the switch because of the almond. Also I might be biased because I LOVE açaí bowls but the bowl I got was absolutely delicious! I got the nutty açaí bowl

I’m not one to leave reviews on google im more of an in person review guy cuz it means more but I’ve done it so many times to this establishment that I want to put one here so everyone can see. I’ve been coming to this place for the past 4 years, the staff is always so nice and the service is always quick, unless it’s a hot day and everyone wants a bowl it will take a while, but it’s worth the wait! I’ve been coming in more frequently the past 2 years and the staff has started recognizing me and remembering my order because I always get the same thing, me and my girlfriend come in and they already know “2 gluten free nutty bowls and 2 iced Carmel macchiatos, one with half and half” today was extra special because I got a regular Carmel macchiato but I didn’t ask for half and half this time and the young woman who usually takes our order said “do you want your half and half today?” I’ve never had this experience at any other restaurant and I’m very grateful they take the time to remember me and my girlfriend’s orders. 10/10 everyone need to try this place!!!
