Impeccable service The staff is very kind and nice. I took a gluten-free pizza (in fact my review is based on my gluten-free experience) and unfortunately my experience was negative, the crust was very hard and the dough seemed to be stringy, so much so that I couldn't cut it and in some places it was raw, in fact I took it home and heating it on the griddle was much better. I understand that we have a particular need for GLUTEN FREE, but I don't understand what this supplement is due to given the type of dough used. I have been celiac for years, I have been to many if not too many pizzerias and I have NEVER spent €20 for a glass of wine and a pizza (without coffee or bitters); I hope that an excessive cover charge is not added, given that the outside is in an industrial area and the smog from the trucks parked behind the tables is sucked in.
