When I passed by on a Sunday afternoon, at 2.30pm, I found the pastry counter almost empty, there were just a couple of trays of assorted mignon.
As many trays for gluten-free and, in another corner, a dozen croissants, most of which I presume were empty.
From a pastry shop of a certain level I would expect much more.
Good quality of coffee.
A stunning venue with cozy, unique rooms featuring fireplaces, perfect for families and groups, complete with a fun playground for kids.

I'll start by saying that it's not the first time I go there and the pizzas are good even gluten-free but I really have to give a very negative review of the welcome and service... Let me explain better
I book for Saturday 1/02 second shift from 8.30pm, at 8.40pm I call to inform them of the delay due to traffic they tell me that there is no problem..... I arrive at 9pm and despite the reservation, they hesitate to make us wait but clearly it is clear that they have our table is already occupied (people aren't stupid you could have excused yourself) another wait so they make a table by taking it away from a table of 6 (who in the meantime arrive and have to wait for a table to become free another table). In the meantime we sit down, half an hour passes and they still haven't taken the order, a small room full, packed like sardines and only 3 tables were eating, the rest were waiting..... Only one waiter takes the orders and even stays there. talking to customers.... Too slow!!! Another waitress only collects the dishes.... After half an hour we got up and left. Very poor service morale perhaps we should sacrifice a few fewer tables and customers and take care of the other customers a little more Long waits because they favor a lot of takeaways...... Either you have enough staff or you don't take so much work.. ....
I don't think I will go back

I organized my son's communion lunch.
Initial contact in person, we agreed on the menu and price. Then in the following days, via WhatsApp we defined the exact number and some other details that had escaped us.
On the day of the event everything went very well. He gave us a private room. It felt like being at home. We had a waiter dedicated just for us.
Very thoughtful and nice.
He accommodated every request (even the most stupid one from my mother with a lemon and a teaspoon for hiccups. Haha).
Among the others, there was a celiac lady among the guests who is always very scared. Excellent food for her too. Dedicated line. Very attentive. Her partner also tried the tagliatelle and even questioned whether they were made with special flour.
Excellent food. And I assure you it was not an easy day. There were 20 of us but the room filled up and he had to manage a packed restaurant. Despite this, the cuisine was impeccable. Everything was perfect both in quantity and quality.
The wine offered for the event was recommended to us by the director, and I must say that it was excellent too.
In short. I highly recommend it.
Charming spot with a stylish interior and a lovely terrace, offering a diverse menu that caters to all tastes, perfect for a cozy meal.

What to say?
We have been visiting this farm for almost 16 years.
We celebrated confirmations; birthdays; wedding anniversaries and special events.
In fact, we weren't just there for special occasions. In fact, we even came without any particular motivation, other than to eat well and be in company - even with just a few people - to spend a different day than usual. Away from the frenzy and noise of the city.
I have tasted countless dishes and eaten dishes that I never imagined I would eat. And I have never been disappointed.
Finally, being AIC certified, and being celiac, they are a certainty. Attention to contamination is never a given.
The location is fantastic, it has always given me tranquility and familiarity.
This is above all thanks to Raffaella, Nicola and all the others, who were able to create a serene, joyful and familiar atmosphere.
I really appreciate their attention; their availability and professionalism. Their service is impeccable.
It's always nice to come back!
(PS: I recommend viewing the website).

I had dinner with friends and what can I say, the place is very nice, both inside and outside on the veranda. Service a little confusing but I think due to the youth and inexperience of the staff. Delicious and super stuffed gluten-free pizza, abundant and very good first courses according to friends, special mention of the casoncelli, which according to my friend are spectacular. Highly recommended for anyone who is in Clusone or Rovetta.

Finally a gluten-free pizza worthy of being called pizza, the food was good and the price was right, the owner and all the staff were very kind, if you pay attention to the substance and less to the appearance it is the best restaurant almost in the center of Bergamo that we have tried... congratulations!!

SPACCA Bergamo is a gem that is part of the AIC circuit, and represents a real resource for those looking for a gluten-free culinary experience in the city. The place, unfortunately a little small and chaotic, does not lose its charm. The quality of the food is excellent, the gluten-free "spacca" is delicious, prepared with fresh and carefully prepared ingredients. The staff is extremely kind, always ready to satisfy every customer need. An ideal place for those who need quick gluten-free cuisine, despite having to deal with the lively and slightly chaotic atmosphere of the place!

Amazing place! Great products, really good prices. We bought multiple things to try and all of them were amazing! It is hard to prepare tasty, fluffy gluten free bread/cakes and this place does it really good. Also, we had great customer experience :) we will be back!🍀

A Memorable Meal at Osteria Risi.Co – Great Food, Atmosphere & Gluten-Free Friendly
We recently dined at Osteria Risi.Co in Bergamo with a group of Italian friends and family, and the entire experience was exceptional. The restaurant has a relaxed, welcoming atmosphere—perfect for a leisurely dinner filled with conversation and laughter. One of our group was gluten-free, and we were so pleased to find that the menu was accommodating and clearly marked, making it easy for everyone to enjoy the evening without worry.
I ordered the Redècc Risotto, made with Trevisan red chicory, Valcalepio wine, gorgonzola cheese, and speck—it was rich, creamy, and beautifully balanced with just the right touch of bitterness from the chicory and depth from the wine. Absolutely delicious.
We also shared the Tagliere Risi.Co, a generous and beautifully presented board of local cured meats (including Prosciutto Ruliano aged 24 months), cheeses, homemade onion compote, and honey. It was a real celebration of local flavors, and we ended up sharing a bit of everything among us.
The service was friendly and attentive without being intrusive, and you could tell the staff genuinely cared about the quality of both the food and the overall experience. It was a highlight of our trip to Bergamo, and I’d return in a heartbeat.
Highly recommended—especially if you’re looking for a place with excellent regional food and gluten-free options!
With a massive variety of delicious and highly digestible pizzas crafted from top-notch ingredients, it’s a must-visit for pizza lovers!

Impeccable service
The staff is very kind and nice.
I took a gluten-free pizza (in fact my review is based on my gluten-free experience) and unfortunately my experience was negative, the crust was very hard and the dough seemed to be stringy, so much so that I couldn't cut it and in some places it was raw, in fact I took it home and heating it on the griddle was much better.
I understand that we have a particular need for GLUTEN FREE, but I don't understand what this supplement is due to given the type of dough used.
I have been celiac for years, I have been to many if not too many pizzerias and I have NEVER spent €20 for a glass of wine and a pizza (without coffee or bitters); I hope that an excessive cover charge is not added, given that the outside is in an industrial area and the smog from the trucks parked behind the tables is sucked in.
Experience a welcoming atmosphere with a thoughtful menu, delightful presentations, and charming personal touches for special occasions.

Quality food with attention to different needs (gluten free, vegan, dedicated menus for children, etc.) in a well-kept and pleasant environment.
The dishes are very carefully prepared and well presented.
The staff is infinitely kind and attentive to customer needs.
Having learned that our son was having a birthday, at dessert time, as a surprise, they dedicated a special decoration to him with the words best wishes and candles.
These are attentions that can no longer be found!

Good pizza and with options to have it gluten-free and with lactose free mozzarella. Not many pizza places have both options. Service was okay, had the impression that the waitress was going to say no to my wife when she asked to have her pizza cut for her. She eventually took my wife’s pizza back to the kitchen to have it sliced up but she gave the impression that she was reluctant to do it. Not sure why but it’s a simple request. Not sure I would go back to this restaurant.

We went on Sunday and unfortunately we didn't find much choice of gluten-free and dairy-free desserts. The owner was a bit grumpy, but Valentina instead served us with great kindness and friendliness, responding comprehensively to all our requests. We didn't like the buckwheat cupcakes very much, but the vegan cheesecakes were very good, too bad we had to split them because there were only two and not enough for everyone. Needs improvement, but worth a visit

Large modern industrial style restaurant located in the historic center of Treviglio in Piazza Garibaldi.
Menu for all tastes, from beef tartare to vegetarian hamburgers, as well as gluten free dishes, making it also suitable for celiacs. Excellent dishes prepared with products coming directly from their agricultural cooperative. Prices appropriate to the quality of the excellent materials used. I gave the service four stars because the wait was a bit long, although justifiable by the fact that it was a Saturday evening.
