Smith Family Garden Luau

Smith Family Garden went above and beyond for serving a celiac safe gluten free meal. Every person working were so kind and helpful from the moment we arrived to the moment we left. Highly recommend.

Best. Luau. Ever! This was so well done and so organized. From the moment we entered, we were entertained. There were parts that flowed smoothly from one to another. It started with a tram ride around the garden, and progress to feeding chickens and peacocks, the Imu ceremony of digging up the food in the fire pit, dining, hula, singing, and the show. They went out of their way to be accommodating for our celiac, and they made us separate gluten-free plates. The food was amazing, and the people were so kind. Thank you Smith family!

Before one thinks this is a fake review, let me give the top reason why I give 5 stars. My wife and son both have Celiac disease thus going out for food is very complicated. Smith sent a text the day before the luau asking if any person in our family has special dietary needs. We shared the needs we had and they volunteered to bring special plates directly to the two in my family that needed gluten free so they did not have to worry about cross contamination in the buffet line. The food was great! The show was awesome, teaching the history of the island's people. Also, the staff were so friendly and eager to help. They truly make you feel like a member of the family!
