All the food they make is incredible, coffee is delicious, and everything is very well labeled. My one gripe is there’s no gluten free sandwich bread. Which for a place that make gluten free items seems odd. So naturally as someone with celiac disease I can’t eat any of their normal menu items, only the gluten free bakery items (which is a good variety too!). I think the chairs could be a little more cozy. It’s very hard to sit and stay for a bit which I would prefer to do work. Otherwise there’s art everywhere and you can even watch the bakers design their cakes and cupcakes.

We travel from Monroe to eat at this Sunflour. Great gluten free options. Love the atmosphere, too! I enjoy the Avocado Toast. My daughter absolutely loves the biscuit. Usually the gluten free options are a cookie, a scone, a donut, and a muffin. Flavors are seasonal usually or by the week.
