TGI Fridays - Derby

Came to derby to visit parents, my dad has dementia. Both parents are gluten free. It was quiet as a Friday midday. The waitress Sinitta immediately remembered my parents from being there only once before and they remembered her as said how nice she was last time. She welcomed us, sat and chatted and basically made us feel welcome. The fact she remembered my parents (in their 70’s) was so amazing! They made sure and double checked for gluten allergies which they both had and food was lovely! I don’t live in derby but I know they will be back again because they felt so looked after!

Terrible service over 1hr just to get a drink. 1.5hr to get a starter 2.5hr to get the mains. Service was shocking told they could get drinks to us as someone else ordered aload of shots. Food arrived cold after the load wait... The Gluten free food had wheat in and made me ill and the other family member highly wouldn't recommend this place £350 bill for food that worse than McDonald's
