Josh is a true class act. I had the pleasure of meeting Josh and trying out his culinary offerings at the Styx music festival in October 2025. I have a genuine gluten allergy and his truck was a solid food option for me. I’m not a vegan by any measure of the scale. What Josh makes is downright outstanding and worth you trying out regardless of dietary preference or restriction. The fried tofu dish and taco platter especially knocked my socks off. Way to go, yo. Absolutely OUTSTANDING food!!! You can tell it is prepared with so much passion and understanding of how to build incredible flavor. I have been vegan for a long time and I can honestly say this is some of the best vegan food I've ever had the pleasure of eating (also 100% gluten-free). We ordered the loaded papas, puerto rican rice, and banging tofu bowl. It was so packed with flavor without making me feel weighed down after eating. I could have ordered the entire menu - it all looked so delicious. The owners, Aria & Josh, were so friendly and welcoming. They even gave us some bonus coleslaw and salsa verde. You can feel the love they have for their business. The service was quick, portion sizes were big, and the food was fresh. I will definitely be a returning customer & will highly recommend their food to anyone seeking affordable, flavorful, and comforting food.
