I have celiac disease, so eating out is very difficult for me and I have to be extremely careful with cross contamination with gluten/wheat or I get extremely sick. Our server, Michael M (listed on receipt) was amazing and I just want to give a public thank you. When I said I had a gluten allergy he immediately asked if it was celiac, which never happens. He made sure there was no cross contact and answered all my questions. He even brought over a dessert menu when we were done and explained the gluten free desserts (though we opted out because we were full). Staff is excellent, the food is excellent (and reasonably priced!). If we didn’t live so far away we would be back again.
