Thai Plate Restaurant

Avoid if you have an allergy! We had been long term customers of Thai Plate. The food is decent and well priced. The last time we got takeout, we specifically reminded the call taker that we needed gluten free. When we got home, we realized that at least half the meal was full of gluten and therefore three out of four people in our home could not eat it. When we called back to inquire, we were told they would make the dishes gluten-free, but when we attended to pick up, they attempted to charge us full price for the new dish. The person we spoke to was downright arrogant, this wasn't their error, except it was. Every time we have eaten in at the restaurant, there has been flies all around. They have shoved tables wherever they can fit them without doing any modification to have a cohesive space. We won't be returning here. One person can ruin a restaurant.
