A truly disappointing experience in every way. Waited 10 minutes for a table on a Monday night, even with a reservation. The kids menus came with five broken crayons, three of which were orange. Had to ask three times for a gluten-free menu. When the pasta came, it was not GF, so we had to send it back to be remade. Waited over an hour between sitting down and main courses. Half my meal wasn’t even rung in, but by the time we noticed I said don’t bother. The fries with one meal were cold. No one’s meal was particularly good. The server was nice enough, but the whole experience was one disappointment after another.
The Old Spaghetti Factory’s schtick is mediocre but plentiful food at a reasonable price for that amount of food. If you’re trying to feed multiple people who don’t care about food quality (i.e. little kids), this is a decent choice. But for anyone who wants a quality meal, this isn’t it. There are better options at a similar price point within walking distance. I won’t be back.
