The Park Café

The omelet was one of the best omelets I have ever had. The gluten-free pancake was huge and amazing. Definitely would recommend.

I got a chance to visit The Park Cafe yesterday while in Utah for a family visit. I was in town from Connecticut & heard so many great things about the food. My order was the gluten-free pancakes & the veggie omelet, I just wanted to let everyone know the gluten-free pancakes are the BEST Pancakes I ever had.

In preparation for a professional hockey tournament, our family visited the Park Cafe with high expectations. They were met. My diabetic son ordered the “Field Goal,” and he promptly ran across the street and broke the NFL FG distance record due to the meal’s dynamic power. My gluten free partner, ordered the GF pancake sandwich, and her head exploded instead of her butt. The staff is not only friendly, they are encouraging and supportive of goals and dreams. My Michigan Hash may as well have been prepared on the bustling beach of San Juan Capistrano as it put me on island time with its flavor and attention to detail. We would absolutely suggest this stop.
