The Bluffton Room

We were really surprised, in a good way, because we didn’t know what to expect. We made a reservation for 5pm, right when it opened. We were happy with the quant, small layout inside. Not too fancy-schmancy, & not too over-the-top looking. It was a great, quiet, quaint atmosphere. We like that there were huge windows behind the bar that faced the street. It opened the whole room up, with a great view of a nice part of Bluffton (great for people watching!). Our server, Reilly, was very polite and attentive. She provided excellent service. I knew this was going to be one of my favorite places when I ordered their signature Manhattan came with a slice of bacon in it! It was amazing! (I ordered more than one! 😊) I am pretty sure that I had the best 10oz filet steak that I’d ever had. I am a steak lover and always seeking out the best filet & this may be it! It was very tender, juicy, with a great flame broiled type taste, and no fat on it at all. The fresh sides, potatoes/veggies, were very tasty too. They accommodated a Gluten allergy for us, with having a nice fresh salmon dinner available. It was nice to hear that the bar seats are first come, first serve.., so we’ll be back when we don’t have a reservation and grab a couple seats at the bar.

Fantastic food, the service is personable isn’t rushed. This is a fine dining experience. The Bison is fantastic. Very accommodating of gluten free.
