The Reservoir & Big Tree Brewing

We were visiting from the UK and found everywhere busy as it was a Friday night and we hadn't booked. We waited about 20 mins for a table. Very friendly and accommodating staff,very personal. Good menu selection with good gluten free options. Ollie our server was amazing as was the manager. I had pulled pork in a gluten free bun & yummy fries, (amazing). Steakhouse burger and Chipotle chicken sandwich both with fries, Pumpkin pie (wow!), ice-cream.Beer & coke. Check was $82 plus tip. Overall, amazing experience and delicious food. Would definitely recommend.🙂

Our group stopped here during a road trip before we headed home, and it was the best meal of the day. Located in the main part of town, there is a parking lot behind the restaurant as well as street parking. There is plenty of dining space with high top tables in the front of the restaurant and a bar in the back. We all thoroughly enjoyed our meals, but the shining star was the poutine with gluten-free gravy. While a thinner gravy, the flavors made up for the consistency (anything that is gluten-free always has a different consistency because of the ingredients used) and if I didn't live more than three hours away, I would be ordering this regularly. Our server was phenomenal and made sure our lunch was perfect. I highly recommend this restaurant for anyone in the area because you won't be disappointed.
