Tomasita's Santa Fe New Mexican Restaurant

Im a Texan Tex-Mex eater in Santa Fe. Our hotel recommended this place. For me: queso was like Velveta cheese. Chips were a very thick grain of corn. Queso contained gluten, so not gluten-free. My mother couldn't eat it. This Mexican restaurant cross-contaminates many foods according to our waitress, so beware if gluten-free. I don't recommend based on that but also for mediocre food.

Beautiful building, incredible service, delicious food. Gluten free and vegan options, too. Patricia was our server. Superb!

There was a pretty long wait when we arrived, but their estimate on the wait was spot on. We were lucky enough to sit on the patio. The ambiance was awesome, the service was great. My wife is gluten free and server was very knowledgeable about the options and she had nobissues finding something she liked. My food was also really good and the entire menu was reasonably priced.
