True Food Kitchen is at the Forum Shops at Caesars Palace. The ambiance feels like a calm escape from the busy Las Vegas Strip, with a bar and a comfortable dining area. I chose to eat here as the menu focuses on healthy American cuisine with vegetarian, vegan, and gluten-free options. I ordered tuna poke bowl in black rice. It was very flavorful. Tuna poke was fresh. They also serve salmon bowl, avocado toast, and vegan items like the Teriyaki Quinoa Bowl. Staff is friendly, attentive, and welcoming and will go out of their way to make guests feel special. Prices are reasonable for the quality, especially considering the location. Most entrees are under $30, and portions are generous.

Was hoping for more worth the gluten-free chicken, but all the drinks and food were really good. I would go back.

Fantastic getaway from the strip. Yummy food and excellent service. The spicy Panang curry was delicious with just the right amount of spice. Service very attentive also. They have many gluten free (GF) options 🥳
