I really love the atmosphere. It looked out over the river. The interior was very rustic but classy. The staff was very helpful and knowledgeable about the menu and how things could be made gluten free. Staff was friendly, interactive and the environment was clean and very inviting. We went for lunch but there was a piano so I am sure that they have live music in the evening or on special occasions.

I like to leave positive reviews as often as possible, but this was a mixed experience. The food was very nicely presented and prepared well, but I have a gluten intolerance and there were several dishes that could not be prepared sans-gluten, so I missed out on trying some local foods, which was a bit of a bummer but not a deal-breaker. Eating outside on the sidewalk with the police lights flashing right out front and groups of people walking within 12 inches of me was actually more pleasant than being inside. I went in to use the restroom and found the atmosphere to be noisy almost to the point of chaos. Our waitress was friendly enough but rather neglectful and did not explain the pricing tier for the specials. When the bill came I saw that one of the mains alone was over $100 (most were under $45). I attempted to address this with the waitress who argued that she DID give me a thorough explanation of the special and had stated the price, and tried to tell me that I agreed to it. I asked to speak with a manager who, after several minutes of me sticking to my guns (backed up by my dinner companion who heard exactly what I did), finally offered to take 25% off the bill. I reluctantly agreed and we settled on that. I will not eat here again on principle alone.

Stopped in here for lunch while on vacation to Savannah. Although it wasn’t busy and there seemed to be quite a few workers moving about, it took a little bit to get acknowledged and get seated. We did end up with a great server (Brandon) who provided excellent service. The food was ok for the price. I got a chicken club sandwich and it didn’t have a lot of flavor and the chicken was a little dry. We have someone with Celiac and she too got a chicken club sandwich. She really liked the gluten free bun. Overall we liked it and would eat there again.
