WIND Japanese and Thai

I highly recommend Wind Japanese & Thai. We’ll be back when we are in the area. It was a far drive for us but worth it. They do an excellent job in hiring their servers. My impression is everyone works hard at Wind and they care about their customers. They provide excellence in customer service. Pros: -This restaurant has booths & tables -I found the decor very pleasant and modern -They play music quietly which allows for conversation -Great tasty food -The dining room is large and there are different sections too. Tables are spaced apart -I have dietary restrictions & found our server to be both knowledgeable and helpful. I knew what I could order without a doubt thanks to our server -The restaurant asks you if you have any dietary restrictions -lots of gluten free options were available on menu and some dishes can be made gluten free upon request. Server is very helpful! -They have gluten free Soy sauce -service is very efficient and it was easy to reach the server. He made himself available at all times. He was excellent at multi-tasking. -there is also a robot that brings you some of your food. Neat! Cons: Very good ice cream flavours (gluten free too- bonus) but I wish they had other desserts on the lunch menu. They only have ice cream for dessert. What a disappointment! Other Asian AYCE restaurants have a variety of desserts.
