Despite being listed as celiac-friendly, this place is absolutely not safe for people with celiac disease. When I asked for a glove change, the staff told me there was “no point” due to cross-contamination on the counters and made no effort to accommodate. There is no dedicated appliance (toaster/panini press), and their attitude toward basic safety measures was dismissive at best. It’s very clear they do not understand or respect the precautions necessary for someone with celiac. Disappointed and would not recommend for anyone needing a medically gluten-free meal. Very disappointing, it was my favorite before becoming diagnosed.

Great coffee, great atmosphere, and delicious breakfast and lunch sandwiches. Whatever bagels they use for their sandwiches are A+ and they have good gluten free bread too (much better than Udis). Stopped here on our way off the OBX and it was the perfect way to start our road trip home.

GLUTEN FREE options! Coffee, sandwiches, CBD drinks and gummies, wine…so much to love. Hands down, our favorite spot during our stay at Nag’s Head so we went both days. It has such a fun, eclectic vibe. Plenty of indoor and outdoor seating, board games if you want to hang out, family friendly, friendly, helpful staff, AND we enjoyed everything we ate. Had to leave with a t-shirt. 😊
