XQ'S Pizza, Bar, Grill

Great restaurant/bar with a fantastic vibe. I've been here twice and love the many gluten-free options. The GF pizza with jalapeños and the cheese pizza were both delicious. I also tried the impossible burger with a GF bun for lunch and it was really good. The service was great, even though it was busy during dinner. I didn't get a chance to try the GF pasta, but it's on my list for next time. The mojito from the bar was also pretty good.

First the good. Regular pizza was very good, Gluten-free pizza was also very good. Atmosphere very nice, we liked the stained glass windows. The Bad ,Went for happy hour and asked for the pizza to go as my wife was sick and wanted to eat at our condo next door. Was told the half price pizzas only are for dine in and can’t get the discount for to go orders, so my wife came to the restaurant sick. Ordered the gluten free pizza (crust $4.95 extra) but only gave discount on the base pizza and not the crust! In my mind that’s part of the pizza. Again the pizza is very good here. Phillip.

Ordered 4 pizzas (asked for 1 gluten free and 3 regular Margherita), they made 3 gluten free and one regular one I said it was okay and I would take them(the issue is not here it’s okay to make mistakes the issue is how you deal with those mistakes), the chef was kind and apologized to me and he was probably the only respectful person in this place. I ordered them at 3:30 and was there at 4:30 and the fries were not done, I waited for 20 min on fries, they charged me the regular price as though they did not mess up my order, and were upset when I said I called an hour early thought everything would be ready and I was already running late. Anyways let this be your lesson.
